This website is operated by Luivia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luivia. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Mist Comb Usage: The Luivia Mist Comb must be used strictly according to the provided manual. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use (e.g., using unauthorized liquids or submersing in water).
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via email.

In no case shall Luivia, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or hair damage resulting from misuse of the products or technical glitches on the website.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland (Dublin).
