Luivia Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. For customers in the European Union, you also benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days without justification.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all labels and accessories (especially for the Luivia Mist Comb).
- Important for »Luivia Batana Oil: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products (oils) cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken or the product is unsealed.
3. Damaged Products & Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@luivia.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Unsealed or used Batana Oil.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Any product used in a way that violates hygiene standards.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
